REBJORN TERRESTRIAL — GLOBAL UAP INTELLIGENCE REPORT

THE FOOTAGE CAN BE AUTHENTIC — AND STILL NOT TELL US WHAT THE OBJECT WAS
A fresh September 11 review of U.S. government, scientific, congressional, aviation, and major-news sources found no sixth PURSUE release or major new U.S. UAP hearing today. The strongest current evidence story is therefore not a newly proven extraordinary craft, but the growing quality—and limits—of material entering the public record.
The Department of War’s PURSUE portal still lists Release 05, dated August 7, 2026, as the newest tranche. The Department said it and partner agencies were working on the next release and would continue publishing files on a rolling basis. (U.S. Department of War)

The National Archives’ Record Group 615 now lists UAP records from eight federal organizations: the FAA, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, ODNI, Office of the Secretary of Defense, NSA, State Department, FBI, and Department of the Air Force. The Air Force series is indexed as National Archives Identifier 656595571. NARA says additional material will be added as agencies continue transferring records. (National Archives)

A U.S.-government-authenticated civilian UAP video
One of the strongest publicly documented civilian cases in AARO’s archive is FBI-UAP-PR003.
AARO states that a private citizen recorded a luminous object above a pond in the northeastern United States in October 2024. The witness described a “plasma-like sphere” that intermittently changed shape and brightness and remained generally stationary for about 45 minutes.

More significantly, AARO says the video was subsequently analyzed and authenticated by the U.S. Government, while the FBI assessed the reporting individual as highly credible. The public version was cropped for privacy, but AARO says no other visual edits or enhancements were made. (AARO)
That is meaningful evidence that the recording itself is genuine.
It does not establish what produced the luminous phenomenon, whether its behavior was technologically extraordinary, or whether anything extraterrestrial was involved.

A federal agent recorded two thermal objects in 2026
AARO’s August 7 material also includes FBI-UAP-PR007.
According to AARO, a U.S. Government Special Agent captured the footage with a handheld optical thermal-imaging device during a 2026 incident in the western United States. The video contains two slow-moving “black-hot” areas of contrast visible in infrared. (AARO)
The government provenance of the recording is documented.
The identity and origin of those objects remain unresolved in the public material reviewed.
Science still warns against dramatic speed claims
Researchers Jacob Haqq-Misra and Ravi Kopparapu analyzed all 112 PURSUE sensor videos released through August 7.
Their August 12 preprint concludes that none contains the complete measurement set required to determine definitive physical velocity. Analysts need target range, observing-platform velocity, aspect geometry, and sensor field angle—not merely motion across a video frame. (arXiv)
In PR113, the available imagery cannot distinguish between radically different possibilities such as a nearby bird and a much larger distant object moving at very high speed. In PR149, a vessel of known size allows the authors to estimate a conditional upper bound of approximately Mach 0.4 relative velocity. (arXiv)
The paper is a preprint and has not yet completed peer review.

Europe is moving UAP into the aviation-safety discussion
A Euronews investigation reported that the European Commission has been monitoring UAP-related issues and considering improvements in detection and identification capabilities.
The investigation also documented a Dutch commercial-airline crew of six people who said they observed unusual lights for more than two hours during a 2023 flight beginning south of Cyprus. (euronews)

This is a significant professional multi-witness report.
It remains witness testimony, however. No publicly released radar or calibrated sensor package establishes what the lights were or demonstrates non-human technology.

Congress still has an open UAP investigation
The House Oversight Committee continues its UAP transparency investigation. In April 2026, the committee requested additional UAP video files from the Department of War after witnesses said AARO possessed further recordings.
The committee framed the investigation around transparency, restricted military airspace, national security, and AARO’s effectiveness. (Oversight Committee)
House Oversight — Continuing UAP Transparency Investigation
This verifies continuing congressional scrutiny.
It does not independently verify claims of recovered extraterrestrial craft, non-human biological material, or secret reverse-engineering programs.
REBJORN EVIDENCE STATUS
- VERIFIED: PURSUE Release 05, dated August 7, remains the newest official tranche publicly listed on September 11. (U.S. Department of War)
- VERIFIED: Record Group 615 contains UAP transfers from eight federal organizations, including the Department of the Air Force. (National Archives)
- VERIFIED: FBI-UAP-PR003 is genuine footage AARO says was analyzed and authenticated by the U.S. Government; the FBI assessed the reporting witness as highly credible. (AARO)
- VERIFIED: FBI-UAP-PR007 was captured by a U.S. Government Special Agent using handheld thermal imaging during a 2026 incident. (AARO)
- SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS: A preprint reviewing 112 PURSUE videos concludes that none contains all data necessary to determine definitive physical velocity. (arXiv)
- CREDIBLE WITNESS REPORT: Six members of a Dutch commercial-airline crew reported prolonged unexplained lights during a 2023 flight. (euronews)
- UNRESOLVED: Several government and civilian observations remain unidentified because the public evidence does not permit definitive attribution.
- ALLEGATIONS: Recovered extraterrestrial vehicles, non-human biological material, and secret reverse-engineering programs remain allegations unless independently verifiable evidence establishes them.
- SPECULATION: Alien origin, interdimensional travel, spacetime manipulation, and exotic propulsion remain hypotheses.
- FICTION: Cinematic invasions, portals, motherships, and fictional contact scenarios are not documentary evidence.
Why this matters
The critical distinction in the current UAP debate is authenticity versus identification.
A video can be authentic and remain unexplained. A highly credible witness can accurately describe what they observed without knowing what caused it. A government sensor can record a real object without preserving enough range, geometry, calibration, or telemetry to establish extraordinary performance.
A scientifically decisive case should ideally contain:
native sensor files + measured target range + radar correlation + platform telemetry + calibrated imagery + precise timestamps + environmental data + independent corroboration.
The central question is therefore:
After known aircraft, drones, balloons, satellites, astronomical sources, atmospheric effects, and sensor artifacts are eliminated, does calibrated multi-sensor evidence still demonstrate genuinely anomalous behavior?
That remains the threshold between mystery and discovery.

ILLUSTRATION — NOT AUTHENTIC UAP EVIDENCE: A cinematic three-panel aerospace investigation scene. Left: a smartphone recording of a luminous sphere hovering above a dark pond. Center: a federal agent viewing two black-hot objects through a handheld thermal imager. Right: a military infrared display with RANGE, SPEED, and TELEMETRY visibly incomplete, while a European airliner crosses the night sky behind it.

Subheadline: Government-authenticated video, federal thermal imagery, and science expose the difference between evidence and identification.
